Dr Patel, all his associates and staff always take great care of myself and my family! They always listen to my concerns and any issues I have……… and sympathize when need be!!!! Highly recommend their office!!!!!!
While Dr. Patel was good, office is another story. They kept billing my deceased mother for N.P.'s coming in Villa while she was under skilled nursing. Still received a bill, so I called- left messages & they have never called me back.Very unprofessional & how many people get billed & pay this when they were already covered??? Springfield healthcare should be investigated.
