CRESTVIEW UROLOGY DISCRIMINATES AGAINST BLACK PATIENTS This office is unprofessional, unsafe, and extremely prejudiced. As an African American patient, I was treated with total disregard. They do the bare minimum during exams, send you off for outside testing, and then fail to follow up with results or an actual treatment plan. I had an ultrasound at St. Elizabeth over two weeks ago.
