This doctor changed locations without notifying me. Recently had a heart scan. The hospital told me they would send my results to my doctor, no doctor to receive them, left yrs of records at the previous location that has no doctor. Very unethical.
Dr.Kunchala is very thorough, and compassionate. She has a very calm demeanor, and is very knowledgable. I would recommend her highly.
The doctor recently changed providers and gave no forwarding information as to how to contact. No phone number on Google search and disconnected number even from my pharmacy!
Dr. is wonderful. Office staff is less than helpful - scheduled a follow up at the office after my initial visit and when I called to reschedule was told there was no appointment in their system, call disconnected and they never got back in touch with me. Tried to get a hold of them for two weeks when my refill was denied because a follow up appointment was never scheduled. Had to go to CVS and MDLive for refills for a medication that cannot be quit cold turkey. When I finally got a hold of them they were verifying my addres... read more
