Highly recommend Dr.Agrawal! He built the step by step processes, where you need vaccines + blood report as per USCIS website, once done send it to his email. You can schedule appointment same day and also he has many locations around Bay Area which is so convenient. He is very professional and whole process is breeze. Also affordable compared to other surgeons. thanks for making our life easygoing
1. We sent the documents via email. 2. They evaluated the documents and sent me the required tests and vaccines via 2 days. 3. They double checked the sent results and required items. 4. An appointment was made. 5. After 20 minutes, the sealed envelope was ready and the copy was sent to me via email. I also made a mistake about my address and he kindly helped me with the new signed form in an earliest time for free. That's it:). He was VERY HELPFUL without making us confused or delayed.

Extremely happy with my experience for I-693 medical exam. Dr. Agrawal is very friendly and has put in a system that makes the whole process for I-693 medical exam a breeze. I could easily figure out which vaccines I was missing and schedule for any necessary blood work directly from his website, and all with a very affordable cost. The whole process of my examination (once I had all my required vaccines and immunizations) took 10 minutes! I highly recommend him!
Dr. Agrawal is fast in responding messages, explains everything that we need to know about and conveniently arranges the appointments for his patients. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs i-693 examination.
