Very organized process! First, you sign up online to get the list of labs to get done. Then, order the labs through the provided links and upload all the immunization records. Then, they will confirm once everything is ready and you just have to schedule an appointment, sign, and get the completed documents.

Smooth process. Highly recommend. They have an FAQ page on their website askforcure which covers most questions. 1. Ordered test through their website: Quant + Syph + MMR + VAR + HepB : Use quest as they have more appnts.($250) 2. For most tests > results arrived in 3 days > did not have HepB immunity (rest -ve) > took same day vaccine at Walgreens = HepB + TDAP. Rest of them I had immunity.
