My son has worn and trusted a brand of contacts for years. Dr. Vincent Zingaro was patient and knowledgeable. But after the regular annual eye exam, he gave us a brand-specific prescription and did not inform us. The new brand is much more expensive. We called back and asked if we can switch back to the original brand. He refused and updated the prescription with an even more expensive brand. We did not buy from their office and purchased online. We will never come back.
