At 36 years old I had a pacemaker generator change at Greenslopes private hospital under Dr vincent R Deen . I felt very comfortable and relaxed under his knowledge and care. I was treated very highly in their regards and they were very helpful with all my questions and answers. I had open heart surgery in 2017 and ended up with a serious complication known as third degree complete heart block. I am still hear today because of Dr vincent R Deen so I would highly recommend seeing him for all your cardiac related issues.
I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Deen this week and can’t fault anything from this experience . He rang my wife personally after surgery to inform her of how things went and checked on me at 8pm at night to see how I was feeling.definitely 5 stars from me.
Dr Deen sadly missed an incidental finding of a lung tumour on my cardiac MRI. It was thankfully picked up by a different cardiologist, who ordered a chest CT. I have since seen a respiratory physician & been diagnosed with lung cancer, but hope it can be treated in time. If I had not sought a second cardiologist's opinion my chances would be diminished.
Excellent, professional. Made me feel at ease and confident in his ability to replace and update my pacemaker. I notice some comments about bedside manner. If you want stroking, go elsewhere. If you want the best, see Dr Deen. Very impressed. Would not hesitate to recommend.
