Dr Paquette is great. Been trying for 6 months via messaging, calls to the office, etc to get a hold of Cheryl in the office to fix an issue with a miscoding of an annual physical that now has me in collections with Quest. Very hard to get a hold off, unresponsive, and not worth the headache. Messages have not been answered (maybe sent one a month). Phone calls get answered by the office with the promise of a return phone. Only received 1 phone call back out of maybe 10 in the past 6 months that stated she was working on it.... read more
