Dr.Tran, excellent personality. Every calm . I went to learn about how to administer insulin delivery . He explained the complete process in details. Having excellent knowledge.
I called the Doctor's Office 30 min before closing on Sunday with a cut on my leg that needed couple of stitches. The lady at the front desk tells me that they can do it, but I should come Monday at 9 am because they have just stopped taking patients for the day. I did not expect that and though that if I go in person and talk to the doctor, he will understand and take me in (after he sees me bleeding). Not only he did not take me in, he called the police on me.
I've had only positive experiences with Dr. Tran. He's a very good doctor, and listens to his patients, is very thorough.
Dr. Tran, while he is friendly, does not consider the patients history when providing a diagnosis. He is not efficient or timely while meeting with patients. I have waited over 2 hours to speak with him regarding my conditions. He is only interested in providing holistic recommendations and rarely will recommend antibiotics. I have been told that I should let me body fight off the infection on my own by Dr. Tran to later be told by other physicians that I should have been treated earlier.
