Dr. Lewis and his staff are wonderful. He is an old school doctor in the best sense: intelligent, kind, thorough, listens, and gives you plenty of time, unlike so many corporate doctor's offices that triple book patients and you wait and wait just to see the PA and if you are lucky, maybe two minutes with the doctor. They work you in and treat you by tele-health if necessary. Donna his long-time nurse is great. I highly recommend this office.

My very first experience I was referred by another Dr. to come to Dr. Vincent my appointment was for October the 11th I called an rescheduled so it was rescheduled when I got to my appointment she looks at me like she have seen a ghost an said I don't see you an she never looked at the computer or paper work to see an the next thing that came out of her mouth was what's your date of birth I'm really confused cause I felt some type of way don't want to pull the race card but that's how I felt talking to her.

Why are the reception/ front desk women/nurses so incredibly incompetent and beyond rude? Dr Lewis is a saint and wonderful. Or so I thought. Why does he insist on having these people represent him? They told us they do take our insurance. Then weeks later told us they don’t? They close at 12, so good luck trying to get in to see him. Good luck getting past the front desk ladies who do not care about you at all. Does he read these reviews? Does he care? It’s..it’s something.
