Snarky attitude from the receptionist and they suddenly didn't accept Medicaid when my wife tried to make an appointment. Y'all shouldn't be talking to people like the majority of the county isn't poverty level or below. You're reaching out of your league.
Dr. Law, your "office manager" has left me with a very negative impression of you as a physician. The staff did not fax in my wellness form as required to the insurance company, resulting in me having to pay an extra $50 premium each month. I am quite upset about this. Margie, the "office manager" blamed the error on staff taking medical leave. There were staff members present on the day of my appointment...certainly one knew how to use a fax machine.
