Dr Deramo is a fantastic doctor. He is always so patient with my mom!!!
He was so agressive I was afraid for my physical safety. I tried for 3 minutes to ask him how long an eye dilation would last for my mother, who has Parkinson’s and recently sustained a head trauma. He cut me off after every 2 words I said and berated me to the point that I had to ask him to go into the hallway as to not upset my already compromised elderly mother. I have never in my life left a bad review for anything but this was so exceptionally and unusually devastating for me and my mother in an already challenging time... read more
