I’ve heard many good things about Dr. Patel and was looking forward to being treated by him. Going through the VA, it’s a process being scheduled for an appointment but some of the staff at the Drs office are unprofessional. Namely, Daisy, office hours are from 9-5, but the phone wasn’t answered till 9:20 with a recording saying to call back at normal business hours. Then Daisy answers and seems lost or distracted.
