It took this man 4 months to tell my wife that he didn’t know what was wrong with her. Failed to communicate results of MRIs, did not listen to her concerns at all. After finding a more qualified doctor close to Dallas, my wife now has confirmed symptoms of central nervous system demyelination. I would steer clear of this guy. It’s a shame because his staff all seems really nice and tried to be helpful.
Never bothered to check charts, had no idea why my mom was there. Turned to ask me why she was sleeping, not checking that she had a head injury and vomiting all night. After nurses said would be best to keep my mom she released her at 7 pm... But never came to hospital to see her after she was in ER. Will fight Kell West on every penny paid to that worthless doctor.
Zero empathy towards non english speaking patients. Doesn’t have the patience to listen. Avoid
