The staff is very friendly and professional. The only issue I have is with the parking lot and front door. They have so many patients with walkers, wheelchairs, crutches etc. .There are only two handicap parking spaces and the front door is manual.
Always friendly, waiting area clean and comfortable. Doctor friendly and informative. Extremely happy with Meredith today. She is following up on medication that my health insurance denied.
At Heart and Vascular Associates, I was seen by Bianca Bowels, NP-C, she was very concerned about the condition of my left leg being swollen and discolored on the lower part of my leg right above my ankle. We did go over my past medical history and asked other questions about my family history. She explain of somethings that could be the root of my condition and I agreed to some test that would help the medical team know more specific about what would be the best course of treatment to proceed with.
