I walked in and receptionist are watching videos on their phones, loud enough for the lobby to hear clearly. The ladies in the back, I assume are the MA’s were laughing and talking incredibly loud, we heard all about their life and what they were ordering (it was 9am). The lab tech was ordering something for her personal home, I know because I heard her amongst all the other chatter, all while the lobby was filling up with people waiting. Incredibly unprofessional. Definitely needs to be some professional training.
