I had the unfortunate circumstance seeing Dr Vilayil as a 3rd referral, thinking a female dr would make a difference. Wrong. She has ZERO bedside manner to tell me, and I quote, “It is a difference between life and early death” (for an early *precancerous* AEH result). Then, reluctantly offered another hysteroscopy d+c, which at that point there was no way I would ever allow HER to perform. I think I should have shared my experience earlier but this is how much Dr Vilayil effected me. 6 years ago I had an emergency Ectopic surgery. I almost died and it was very traumatic. Dr Lampen performed the surgery and saved my life and he was a wonderful Dr who understood the trauma I felt losing a baby and in such great pain. However Dr Vilayil was my Dr in hospital after my surgery. I needed 3 blood transfusions.and after my second she came into my room and asked if I plan on trying to conceive another child. She is one an professional lady please get a second opinion before you go under her knife I regret trusting her with my first surgery .dont trust her word.
Amazing! Dr. Vilayil caught my cancer and within 7 days I was in surgery. Boom! Taken care of! Thank you so so much!
I've had no problems with Dr. Vilayil but both me and my friend who go to her both have had a massive headache in contacting her. The receptionist never pick up the phone and the voicemail is always full. My friend called 15 times over an hour and a half on a day they say they are open and never got through. In the past I had the same issue. They also do not provide and email I can find to email for booking or prescription renewal. I personally find this unacceptable.
