I've had no problems with Dr. Vilayil but both me and my friend who go to her both have had a massive headache in contacting her. The receptionist never pick up the phone and the voicemail is always full. My friend called 15 times over an hour and a half on a day they say they are open and never got through. In the past I had the same issue. They also do not provide and email I can find to email for booking or prescription renewal. I personally find this unacceptable. Be prepared to wait 30+ minutes at the maternity clinic but Dr vilayl & the team there are sooooo amazing and sweet! I felt heard 💕
I'm very lucky to have had Dr. Ruth Vilayil as my OB during my first pregnancy. She is very knowledgable and patiently addressed all my questions, and her calm demeanor put me at ease and helped me prepare for my delivery. I was delighted that Dr. Vilayil was the on-call OB and delivered my baby. She did a fantastic job and I've been feeling great during my recovery. Thank you Dr. Vilayil for all your support.
