Dr Patel and his office are a shining example of not having to wait a long period of time in the waiting room. The office staff and Dr Patel are so quick and he is very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t use a different ENT.
One of the best doctors and office staff I have ever encountered! I don't understand the negative reviews! The doctor calls you back himself, big deal you have to open your own door, its a door!!! You have virtually no wait in the waiting room and then with him calling you himself, you aren't waiting in the room even longer like you do at every other doctor's office. Dr. Patel and staff are the best there is!! I was having trouble with my sinuses for some time and Dr. Patel fixed it all!! Really glad I decided to go with him for all my sinus needs.
I really don’t get the negative reviews. He calls you back, not someone else so you skip the middle person and the longer wait of staying in yet another room like other doctors. People complain because they have to open their own door is crazy to me, it’s a door! I have never waited more than 2 minutes for my appointment!! He’s EXTREMELY knowledgeable.
