This office STEALS MONEY from their patients! I made an appointment on 8/13 (in which they took a $20 appointment hold fee - fine, no problem. I was told that I would be refunded as long as I cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, also fine - no problem.) I was able to get an appointment at an earlier time with a different doctor, so I called back on 8/5 to cancel. I have called SIX times & no one at this office seems to know what's going on.
