Very Disappointing Experience – Extremely Long Wait Time My appointment was scheduled for 11:30 AM, it was over a hour and the doctor still has not arrived or seen. I have been waiting for over an hour without any proper update or explanation. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. When I scheduled my appointment with Dr. Gupta, I specifically stated that I did NOT want to see Sharon because of previous experiences in which I felt she was unprofessional regarding my health and needs.
