Staff is very professional and polite and very courteous to patients needs. Waiting time is usually long depending on the time of day. Dr. is very polite and explains what needs to be done..

Waiting time is too long, why do I need to wait an hour just to pick up my results? Instructions are not clear, I had to call and hear from them that I had to do some follow-up operations. The receptionist is not kind, she has to treat ppl more gently. The reason I still don't give a lower star review is even though I went there a day before my actual appointment, they were nice enough to accept me that day. Edit: decided that they don't deserve more stars
