I spent 10 minutes on the phone with a perfectly lovely gal making my new patient appointment. At the very end she said she needed to inform me of their “new, new patient policy”. They require a $50 deposit to make an appointment. I have no problem with this policy. My problem is that this information is not given to you at the beginning of your conversation. I usually have an hour wait after my appointment time to be seen by the doctor and always get back to work late.
I love Mahadaven. Would not change doctors. She's THE BEST.
