PA Chana and Dr. Alla are doing their best. They've been my PCP for a while.
I used to visit Dr. Chana for years, but since the management changed, everything went downhill. The woman at the front desk was so rude and unprofessional that she wouldn’t even let me have my appointment. Whoever hired her made a big mistake. Stay away from this place.
Dr. Alla is incredibly bright and knows his stuff. He gets straight to the point and is not a time waster. If he doesn’t know something he’ll tell you he’s not sure instead of sugar coating a possible medical diagnosis. I am moving so will no longer be coming to this office. I do want to say his office staff are also really lovely. If it was just me writing a review for Dr. Alla and his front desk team this practice would get 5 stars.
