Your staff is Atrocious and rude. Would not listen. We got a call from YOUR office to schedule a colonoscopy and when we called, we had to leave a message. Then you call back and tell us you don't know who we are. Your caller would not listen and hung up on us. I didn't use bad words, so there is NO EXCUSE for the poor behavior of your staff. A doctor is only as good as his staff and we are now looking for someone else unless you can FIX your office staff.
I have been with Dr. Dasari now for two years. She is always professional and compassionate. She relates well to people and takes time to listen and takes appropriate action on the symptoms. She is good at building trust with her patients. :)

Absolutely awful. She doesn't care if she keeps patients waiting hours and will tell you she'll be doing a procedure but tell the hospital something completely different.
