Unfortunately ZERO stars can be accepted for this “Doctor.” So I HAVE to put 1 to even submit this. My baby is 18 months old and I can still sit here and my blood pressure go through the roof in emotions and anger from my birth experience with this woman (and truly the hospital as well) and needed to make a point to put this out there! She was not my doctor prior to coming to a different hospital in labor so she was just on duty.All she did was YELL at a pregnant woman in labor that she did not even know. Staff so rude. because of staff I have to change My Doctor
Dr. Vella is rude and only concerned with insurance issues! My daughter is young and I have had many rude visits and money issues with this office. My daughters and I will not be returning. This practice should do a real evaluation of their standards and practices. They refused a treat my daughter once without upfront payment for a test, which wa covered 100% by my insurance. The billing manager didn't know the difference between a diagnostic test and a preventive test. Just an awful practice.
Dr Vella does not care about your health or wellbeing. Her only solution will be to put you on birth control and she will try to guilt trip you into taking it even if you decline. I tried expressing to her that I was having some abnormalities going on then she rudely interrupted me and said “ why are you not on birth control? Are you trying to get pregnant or something?” And laughed. I was in shock.
