More than an hour of wait time despite arriving on appointment time. Waited in doctor's chamber for the doctor to arrive for nearly 45 min. Thereafter, the doctor seemed to be in hurry and was not patient to listen to me completely. Referred me to another doctor after 10 min of checkup and then I receive a big fee to pay. Not happy.
I am a patient of Dr. Dwibhasi from last 3 years I never got any problem with front desk or Dr. Dwibhasi. I always been taken care of in times I need Doctor, she calls Same day if need to consult for urgent care, I get immediate attention from Her nurse and don’t have to go to ER for small medical issue. I highly recommend Dr. Dwibhasi she understands patients needs.
I am a new patient and moved to Spring Green area in Richmond. Im looking for a PCP close to my place. I called the office at spring green and greeted me and ask what insurance i have then the lady her name is Brenda put me on hold for 15 minutes. In the future if you have new patient/even if its routine patient, you can just ask the name and the number and tell them you will call back for scheduling if you really busy in the clinic. Not a good start. I ended up just telling her nevermind ill have to look for another PCP
