It was not a decent reception. Doctor over reacted on his knowledge (almost like why are you here) without asking details and other concerns. Spent 3 minutes of his time- that includes walking me to check outs. No wonder why insurance companies charge us more.
Had my first visit today and was really impressed. The doctor took his time explaining everything and asked thoughtful questions. I genuinely felt like he cared very knowledgeable and professional.
He’s a very caring doctor he listens to you and he relates to you I have been a patient appears since 2014. His staff is beautiful too. if anyone is looking for a urologist, he’s the one to have. He’s very gentle with you. He explains things thorough to you. He doesn’t use doctors terms. He use the terms that you can understand and what I mean by this not to say no one is not intelligent, but we’re not doctors so certain words I need to be understanding to me and that’s what he uses lol
The billing department never sent me a bill and 16 months later sent me to collections. I will never go back.
