This is our new family dentist snice moving to ajax. Very easy going experience, from the dentist, to the hygienist, to front desk everyone is happy and helpful. Very professional experience, they text me to check in after I had oral surgery and ensured I had full understanding of medication and access to them for any questions. Highly recommend if your new to the area or just looking for a better dentist.

My 2 children had an appointment for cleaning and scaling a few months ago. The receptionist direct billed my insurance at the end of the appointment, and claimed the max. that insurance would pay. The insurance did not cover the full amount so I had to pay the remaining balance personally, which I did on the spot. Now, months later they are sending me a statement saying that I need owe them $91.
