“IThe doctor is good, but the front-desk staff is unprofessional—I have never seen anything like it. I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I called several times while being very sick and was told to come at 9:00 AM. I arrived on time and explained that I was in bad condition, but I waited over an hour without being seen. Terrible service! zero accountability ! Pure unprofessionalism and negligence!
I work at another doctor’s office. I’ve been on the phone with many other doctor’s offices, but this was the most unpleasant and downright rude interaction I have ever had with another clinic. I will never recommend anyone to see this doctor simply because of the rude staff that I had the absolute displeasure of speaking with.
