Do they not want patients? I had a referral sent 3 months ago and I have called multiple times. Absolutely useless!
Avoid this office if you can. Iam very disappointed with the service I've received. I went weeks without follow up for my condition even after calling in and explaining I was in excruciating pain. After calling again then Iam told the Dr. can call me the following week. Absolutely horrible.
I am appalled by the lack of professionalism at this office. My mother was referred here by the ER, but because she was too sick to move, we called ahead and left a voicemail to cancel and reschedule. When we followed up today, the receptionist was extremely rude and claimed we 'didn't show up.' It is not the patient's fault that she failed to check the office voicemails. I have been in Dr Tran care since Mar/24. He is extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. Never had a problem with him, and he has explained everything to me. 4 surgeries, and many cystoscopies now. I'm glad he is my Urologist.
I have to give one star as I was referred to this clinic. Received 1 phone call for appointment. I have been calling back daily for about a month and still have no received a call back. After reading these reviews I’m glad I received another referral at the actual hospital.
