Very disappointed in scheduling! After receiving several messages to confirm via text and confirming! My mother's appointment time was changed at the last minute without informing me. According to the explanation there was not enough time allotted for her appointment. The appointment was on 9/24/25 @ 3:40pm and received a confirmation for the appointment on 9/23/25 at 3:47pm.
