Very through with my Mom's medical needs. Follows up on questions. Very open with giving us choices on treatment plans. Asks about her mental health and social life as well as health. Never feel rushed.
Very dismissive, condescending, and overall not helpful at all. Found out I have a serious condition that she just brushed off. Do not see if you want any help.
