Thank God she’s retiring. Horrible experience with this practice!
I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctors office!!! What an absolute joke! What kind of doctors office NEVER picks up the phone and their message is that they will call you back in 48-72 hours. And don't hold your breath waiting because you won't get the call back. They will not work with your insurance company or even return their calls. I went in April (after I had to call for an appointment) for a medication I'm supposed to get every 6 months. Well, as I sit here in her waiting room with hunger pains, I decided to start my review. I arrived 2 1/2 hours ago, 15 minutes before my appointment. I am still waiting to see her. There were 6 people waiting ahead of me and only 6 chairs available, so I stood gathering cobwebs until a chair became available. It is close to 2 1/2 hours with seeing anyone. Finally seen a NP. I'm going to do some blood tests and schedule a f/u. Probably a good idea to a bring tuna sandwich and big glass of ice tea to this place as they couldn'... read more
