Please save yourself the stress and go somewhere else. While Dr. Reid was initially pleasant to work with, she became difficult when we had issues with her staff. The billing and admin staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, and will leave you spinning your wheels. Know your insurance and your rights if you do business with them.
She is absolutely the most caring and knowledgeable neuropsychologist. She delivered a thorough lengthy neuropsyc followed by in two weeks a very detailed feedback session. The way she explained her results was just remarkable. She provided a careful, full diagnostic workup on my son. She was on point with everything. She provided us with referrals and guided us through the process getting my son all the help he needs with a clear diagnosis and treatment strategy. Dr. Reid is a compassionate caregiver whose methodologies are practical, modern and they produce verifiable results. I was having some cognitive issues that were deeply personal, scary and embarrassing to me. Dr Reid is simply amazing. She helps you fully understand your diagnosis and gives you her full attention to work through problems or issues related to your diagnosis. She will offer techniques that you can use in your everyday life not only to your particular diagnosis or problem.She is always available to help guide you through a tough day or bounce ideas off about self growth. My neuropsych evaluation with Dr Reid went very poorly. She made things up that were blatantly untrue in my report (misquoting other people, verified by the people quoted) and used these things to make very serious diagnoses that other members of my treatment team have said was a very strong reach and more than likely incorrect. She did a wonderful job with a full Neuropsychological Evaluation and took the time required for a thorough review and an in depth explanation at the conclusion. Highly recommend.
The doctor was very nice and helped as much as she could. Her assistant was rude and unprofessional.
