Dr. Pinto is a joke, doesn’t know her patients. When I go in she makes me the doctor and ask what I’d like done. On top of it all trying to book an appointment is ridiculous voicemail or the Receptionist are just rude. Don’t waste your time. Go to a walk-in.
I have been a patient of Dr. Pinto since 2016, and while she is competent in handling straightforward issues like prescribing antibiotics for chest infections or UTIs, my experience with more complex health concerns has been disappointing. Since 2018, I have repeatedly expressed symptoms that affected my ability to work, and Dr. Pinto dismissed them as psychosomatic without a proper psychological assessment or running any tests.
