Before my first ever appointment, I had to do my paperwork twice. They didn’t have my x-rays. I called two weeks prior to my appointment to make sure they had everything. They said they did when I got there. They didn’t. My appointment was at 8 o’clock. I sat in the room till 1035 when I got up and walked out nobody ever called me back to ask me what happened. Beware and be prepared for an argument if you are part of the FL QMB program. Front desk repeatedly trying to charge what is not legal to be charged. I’ve reported this to CMS, and will follow up with HHS, AHCA, and DCF. Shame on these people.
Had a great visit with Dr. Torralba and Dr. Katherine Torralba. Very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions.
Never an issue, courteous, professional and thorough
They don't call in your prescription, don't send quest blood work order so you show up at quest at 7am for nothing! Quite rude on phone, you're lucky if they pick up or return calls! I don't know how front office stays employed. Torralba herself may of been a great doctor but I suspect she has dementia nearing 80 yrs old.
