I have a long history of sinus issues and I don't usually leave a review after 1 appointment but Dr. Lim is the 1st in a long time to give me a little hope. She has a calming vibe. She was kind, patient and full of solutions. She has a common sense approach to medicine. I look forward to finally getting some relief.

She is literally one of the best care providers I have ever had the pleasure to know. She made me feel heard about my concerns for my chronic tonsillitis and she even took the extra care to notice that my nasal passages were very narrow and came up with a plan of action for correction. My surgery was easy and my recovery was unbelievably quick. She even checked on me after. Absolutely the worst ENT I’ve ever seen. I had a parotid track obstruction, plus possibly singles, mouth full of ulcers she claimed she couldn’t see. Try using the light scope on the wall and a tongue depressor. 🙄 They say you can’t change doctors there also. I informed them i didn’t choose her, didn’t like nor trust her. I waited hours to see this subpar doctor. Three weeks later saw another doctor there. First visit, waiting to see how this plays out with the other doctor. I had a Ear, Nose and Throat doctor that performed a septoplasty and it wen really well. When I went to them with an ear issue they quickly dismissed this and told me to basically, just live with it. In my first Visit to Dr. Lim she ran several tests and quickly diagnosed the issue. She showed a great level of concern with the issue and I am very grateful to have found her.
