I had a question for PA Zakaryan before my appointment and he rudely stated "I don't understand the point of this call, take care" and hung up on me. When he came in for my appointment I respectfully asked for an apology for hanging up on me and he immediately told me he wouldn't see me and I had to leave. Not only was he rude, condescending, and didn't even attempt to see what care I needed, he lied in his report of the incident.
Dr. Zakaryan is an absolute professional. Saw him Nov 2022, he was kind, empathetic and went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed in a short amount of time. If all health professional provided care like he does, we would all be in good hands!
I saw Dr. Zakaryan on Nov 2021, he is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and kind, takes the time to answers questions, also he takes the time to call you and let you know about the labs results.
Dr. Zakaryan is professional, personable and competent. He listened carefully without rushing me, asked comprensive and thorough questions, adressed all my concerns and gave good counsel. I definitely recommend him.
