I know there are bad reviews. There are only 2 people managing the front desk and 1 is the manager. The receptionist also takes patients in the back along with her front desk duties. I have experienced difficulties in refilling medication but once I got there and saw how short handed they are I understand. They were sweet with me and appreciated my patience with them. They are truly tying.
Since Dr.Vela’s retirement this office has had immense change in the worst way. The front desk personal and office manager are extremely unprofessional. You can see this by the paper taped to the front desk saying “rude behavior isn’t tolerated”. From my experience this is due to the lack of leadership and interpersonal communication skills. I have been unable to receive proper medication with the doctor turnover and change in leadership. This is unacceptable in healthcare. I will never return.
