They only have one MA available to triage patients, but she’s really nice. Most of the times MD isn’t there but the provider NP is super helpful.
The staff is so slow, I went to do a T.B. Tests and they told me “we will have the results on Monday, so I went and they said : “come on Wednesday” so I went but before that I went to the lab that is upstairs and they had the results since Monday, so I went in the afternoon and they said “we still haven’t received the results”, and I showed them the results. THEY ARE REALLY SLOW doing their job. AND I NEED THAT FORM FOR MY JOB.
Staff is super nice, the wait times vary but usually it's very short. Office is super clean and comfortable. It's an all around great experience every time Ive gone to Dr Oranusis office. Thank y'all for the amazing work you do.
