Quite possibly one of the most unprofessional medical clinics I have encountered. The clinic appears to be severely understaffed, which directly affects the quality of care provided. I observed a single medical assistant juggling multiple responsibilities, clearly overwhelmed. I was told I would receive a call back within 20 minutes, but hours passed with no follow-up. I don’t expect much considering the insurance I have, but today I was put on hold for 15 mins. Called again no answer, call again they told me I have to talk to the pharmacy to find the information the doctor needs to fill out my meds at the pharmacy which seems like it’s their job not mine. Found out what the pharmacy needs called them back to get the info only to be hung up on 3 times. They only have one MA available to triage patients, but she’s really nice. Most of the times MD isn’t there but the provider NP is super helpful.
The staff is so slow, I went to do a T.B. Tests and they told me “we will have the results on Monday, so I went and they said : “come on Wednesday” so I went but before that I went to the lab that is upstairs and they had the results since Monday, so I went in the afternoon and they said “we still haven’t received the results”, and I showed them the results. THEY ARE REALLY SLOW doing their job. AND I NEED THAT FORM FOR MY JOB.
