I am not reviewing the doctor as he is not taking new patients, but the staff in office / call center is very unkind and rude. As a 76 year old woman, it is hard for me to go to further or different locations to see another doctor so I mentioned this to the lady and her reply was “so make your primary doctor give you a new referral to a different doctor” and immediately hung up on me.
If I can give 0 star I would. Ignorant and over charges his patience and doesn’t solve the problem
I found Dr. Mokarry's staff to be wonderful to deal with. Appointment was on time. Mokarry was competent, efficient and downright funny dealing with my daughter and her broken nose. Highly recommend.
