Dr Mak appears to be ok, but his office staff are totally useless. Don't answer the phone, don't return messages, mailbox is always full. I walked into the office and seemed to bother the girl who was eating chicken feet at her desk.
Dr. Victor Mak is an excellent urologist. He does not take more time than needed and very peaceful. Every time I talk to him it seems like my problem is gone away. He speaks with confidence.
Dr Victor Mak is a good Doctor with a good heart and compassion, he is knowledgeable and with highly professional skills, best wishes for Dr Mak !!!
This office is ridiculous. Their hours of operation are 9-2. NO ONE answers the phone and their voicemail is always full. Good luck getting a hold of them.
