Dr. Victor Mak is an excellent urologist. He does not take more time than needed and very peaceful. Every time I talk to him it seems like my problem is gone away. He speaks with confidence.

This office is ridiculous. Their hours of operation are 9-2. NO ONE answers the phone and their voicemail is always full. Good luck getting a hold of them.
