Horrible experience dealing with this Doctor. He needs to retire! First he had way too many patients and once you do see him he runs tests telling you that Medicare will pay for it ( which turns out not to be true and you end with a bill that his staff will harass for payment on ). I only saw him once and that was enough

Yesterday was my first time going there I saw Dr. Jennifer Alvarado. She was amazing. She did a great job with me. She sat down with me. She listened to all my concerns. She got all the medication that I needed. She got the referrals that I needed put in and she made sure that everything was understood before I left that day. Staff can be a bit rude towards the end of the day. My new prescriptions are always a problem when they send them to the pharmacy, they receive incorrect information often, especially for antibiotics.

My experience with this office has been good overall. They treat me with respect and Ms. Lopes has always been professional. She keeps up with my vaccines and other wellness issues. Staff is friendly and responsive to my requests. Other than wait times, which are on occasion long, I cannot complain about the Wedgewood office. All of us have different needs and expectations of what constitutes good medical care. They meet my particular requirements at this point.
