Dr. Rosales and his staff at Conviva are the best. Dr. Rosales is compassionate, considerate, listens and explains things clearly. He makes me feel comfortable and provides excellent care. I never feel rushed during my visits. My appointment visits at Conviva are always punctual. I have yet to wait more than 5 minutes after my app time to be seen. Dr. Rosales and his staff are friendly and accommodating. The doctor’s office is easy to contact. I’m very happy with my PCP.

Doctor Victor Rosales has been my son's doctor for about a year. He is the most understanding doctor. I highly recommend if you want someone to see you when you need to be seen or work you into the schedule, he's the doctor. And we adore his staff.

Dr. Rosales is a very caring doctor. He leaves no 'stone unturned' to find what us causing your problem. He is one of the best Dr's I've ever known.
My mother no longer needs dialysis, but this "doctor" told my mother that she would be dead by Thanksgiving, or Christmas...or New Years. When my dad told Rosales that his wife has been off of dialysis for four months (and counting), he stuttered. Adding insult to injury, he adminstrated a cognitive test to my mother because good news about not needing dialysis must be shocking to him. Long story short, I reported Rosales about how he treated my parents, and we are NOT returning back to him.
Doesn't listen to patients. Put me on 2 drugs, ruined my health. Side effects: EXTREME hunger and sleepiness. ALL i did was sleep and eat HUGE sums of food. Ea appt begged him to take me off, he said we'd discuss in 1 yr; I had already gained 30lbs in 6 mos. That was last time i saw him. New dr. stopped meds immed. Bad health ever since: heart; bone loss; joint pain; HBP; really high cholesterol and MUCH more. Once VERY athletic now can't get my life back. He ruined it bec he doesn't listen.
He is not open to your suggestions. As a retired Medical Professional this is important I know my body and know what is going on with it. Being a DO I expected him to be open to holistic practices and alternative approaches. He is not. Also he does not believe in Home Health Physical Therapy. The office staff is incompetent. If you do not mind calling and following up on referrals and other things yourself to make sure they are done right and in a timely manner all of the time then go for it.
DR rosales is the only physician ive ever known that cares about his patients,he has gotton my diabetes under control,,,his professionalism and skills are the best,i highly recommend him to anyone for care...
