Dr Feliz is an excellent Cardiologist and has a great bedside manner. He takes very good care of me and my husband. We are very happy that he is our Cardiologist. The staff is very pleasant and professional.
Dr Feliz is okay (rate 3 of 5) but the office staff here are horrible (rate 0 of 5). Every time you need assistance or scheduling they put you on hold for 20 plus minutes and still never respond. You have to make several calls and follow up to get service for basic things. When you do finally reach them they are confused and unable to do a basic appointment schedule. Only cares about how he will get paid. This doctor's file will show which insurance you have and the amount of time and respect he shows you will depend on how much he will get paid. Also speaks very negatively about his office staff and the other doctors in his practice. Horrible and so very, very unprofessional.
