Dr. Victor Feliz is an excellent doctor., but i truly hate his team of Customer service they are so incompetent, i have been waiting for a Prior Authorization for almost 1 week and nobody answer the phone and also i have been leaving more than 15 Voicemails and they never call me back.
I had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Feliz recently. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming and extremely caring. Dr. Feliz is knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything regarding my heart health in terms I could actually understand. I didn't feel rushed, and I felt like my concerns were addressed. It is rare to find a doctor you can trust and have a great bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Feliz to anyone looking for cardiac care.
