Found out Dr. Duong is leaving the Oxnard Primary Medical office effective 8/15. I wish him and his family the best, and I highly recommend Dr. Duong. He's very easy to work with, attentive, compassionate and competent! I've not had the best luck with doctors over the years, but Dr. Duong is an exception...he's been a great doctor for me and I'll miss him.

Dr Duong has great interpersonal and communication skills. He immediately established a rapport between us by asking questions and genuinely appearing interested in my responses. He patiently answered any questions I had and appeared to value my input. If he wasn’t certain of the answer to a question I had, he let me know that too, which reaffirmed his professional credibility with me. Dr. Duong appears to have the skills to excel as a physician.
I really like Dr. Victor Duong. Friendly, knowledgeable (or knows how to get to the info), responsive and helpful. You can tell that this guy cares a lot about doing his job the "right way", and it's refreshing since I gave up on most doctors 10+ years ago.
