Victor Chong is an excellent professional; unfortunately, the office staff is not qualified to handle anything at all. I've been waiting for a call since April. Dr. Chong, the reception staff urgently needs training.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Chong. He was patient, understanding, and took the time to address all of my concerns without any hint of arrogance. He listened carefully as I listed my queries one by one and was incredibly thorough in his explanations. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the consultation. Saw Dr Chong he was understanding, very clear and precise of what treatment was needed
I think others had good experiences, but I didn't. He put me down for telling my history and pretended to do a neuro examination- the worst I've seen, including a Babinski reflex through the thickest wool socks he insisted I don't need to remove. Don't recommend to young women in particular.
