We have only positive things to say about Dr. Rosenberg and his practice! The office staff are efficient, forms are digital and can be completed before you come into the office, and the office was modern, clean, and without a long wait. Staffs are greatly professional and hospitable. They have bedside manners and patience to answer any questions or concerns. Reception is friendly. Nurses are gentle and caring. Doctor is thorough and informative with his knowledge. Never felt rush like other medical offices. I was referred here for second opinion and I switched over to see Dr. Rosenberg for all my scans.
1 Star Review I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at Rosenberg Maternal-Fetal Medicine. The receptionist (I do not know her name) was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I had been calling the office repeatedly the day before my appointment (from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM) to confirm my appointment for January 20th with no answer at all, and I have call logs to prove it.
