Dr. Rosenberg provided stellar care for my wife while she was pregnant with our second child. We had a couple of minor complications that he helped us navigate through, and I'm happy to say our baby is a very happy and healthy 6-week-old. I was bit frustrated with a billing discrepancy that occurred, but I was able to talk through it with the office and it has been rectified. Can someone explain to me why their billing department refuses to reimburse my wife and I for the overages they charged my wife, that our insurance company has confirmed they owe us? Despite our calls, and the calls from our insurance provider United Healthcare, they have not yet reimbursed us for funds owed to us. Also I do agree the receptionist is rude.
I had a wonderful experience at Rosenberg Maternal Fetal Medicine. Everyone was incredibly kind and professional, and they truly made me feel heard and cared for during a very important and emotional time for me. I especially want to thank Anais.
