reminder to other patients for consultation, the consultation meeting was okay, the 3D scan machine hurt a bit in my mouth, but understood, paid 150 dollars for consultation. However, after 2 month, without any notification I received an invoice of 300 dollars bill for a treatment plan, I did not proceed the treatment, did not ask for a plan, did not heard anything about it, did not explain to me at the clinic about the further invoice, and did not receive any treatment plan in my email. My previous dentist had advised against straightening with braces due to a trauma to front tooth as a child. Vicky on the other hand, advised on straightening with invisalign with 100% confidence that the trauma to root would not present any issues. She was totally right, I succeeded her programme, I now have straight teeth and it never caused any issue to my supposedly problematic front tooth. Amazing service from day one here! Thanks Vicky and Co.
