I'm feeling like maybe people are writing about the wrong person when I read these other reviews because I have been seeing Dr. Vicki Miller OBGYN for a few years now and she's amazing. We ALWAYS talk and she has never been in a rush, never dismissed anything I've said and has always been helpful listening to me and getting all of my issues sorted out. I saw Dr. Miller years ago (I’m talking 10-12) and was not comfortable. Tried to go back to the practice, but they would not allow me to switch to a different Dr. as my primary because I was “already established with Dr. Miller.”
I have been a patient of Dr Miller for about 7 years. I have found her to be kind, knowledgeable, and responsive to my needs. Staff at the office have been helpful. (I was done having babies before I became her patient, so I can’t comment on prenatal care. But I have been very pleased with her peri-menopause years care.)
I saw Vicki L. Miller, M.D. for my annual checkup & experienced poor care. I felt uncomfortable, mistreated & neglected. She did not meet my expectations during my visit. Vicki did not take the time to answer my questions or throughly evaluate my health. Vicki, stated "I'm in a rush & have three other patients to see, I don't have time to talk for 10 minutes, I'm a little stressed." No one should be treated this way by any provider. Vicki demonstrated poor bedside manners I left feeling failed & degraded. I do not recommend.
Staff was very friendly, attentive, and professional. Dr.Miller did a great job at listening to what was going on with me and trying to access the issue. Very friendly doctor and makes you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend her to anyone needing an OBGYN. Doesn’t make you do the unnecessary tests and things of you have previously had them done. Really listened to me and involved me in my care plan. Greatly needed advise and happy with my visit. Regret wasting time with Planned Parenthood and not getting to her sooner!
