My kids and I have been seeing Dr. Colapietro at Dumfries Health Clinic for several years now and I am sorry to see her move on to another practice. She is one of the only military healthcare providers that we've had in over 20 years who would do more than a quick 5 minute rushed visit and throw a bunch of medicine at us (we've had so many misdiagnoses from other doctors it's crazy). She always takes the time to listen and discuss options. Very thorough.
Very rude and disrespectful. My 11 year old asked me why she was talking mean to me and making faces at my answers to her medical questions. She did not discuss things with me just told me what to do for my child. Luckily our last PCM took the time to explain what the risks were in getting a certain shot for my daughter. When I told the nurse i did not want my daughter to have the shot she told the dr and she very loudly yelled whatever. I will report her behavior to tricare.
