I dont know why this clinic has just 1 star but from my experience the staff was professional and attentive to my concerns. Wait times were minimal and the providers take time to listen and explain clearly. I felt very cared for and respected. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable healthcare!
appointment was scheduled 930 only to be seen by 11. they said to be there on time yet we had to wait for 90 minutes. what is the purpose of an appointment? I had thought we were going to see a doctor but instead a nurse practitioner. the other part is i haven't received a referral since.
This has been my doctor for roughly 8 Years now every time I go into the office, there’s a different doctor or a nurse practitioner. I don’t feel the care that’s given. Is quality care. I feel like if you’re not Filipino, you won’t be treated fairly. I feel like Filipino get treatment first before others. I’ve made several appointments.
